Come for a day of deep rest at beautiful Cedar Song. Held by sound, yoga, deep imagination and nature time, you will have the opportunity to let go and enter into a deeper sense of peace and authenticity. There will be time to walk the land and take a swim in the pristine neighbouring lake.
